Call out fees are added when you are not within the Greater Newcastle area.

Please note these fees are minimal, to offset the travelling time required.

Call out fees will usually be discussed with you at the time of booking, when you disclose where the car will need to be cleaned. IF in doubt, please ask if a call out fee is relevant to you.
